Last week (01/14/2016), in our Locker Room session we briefly discussed a few different topics:
- Getting Involved
- Ways to be Involved
- Helping My Child Do Well in School
During an exercise on “Goals and Self-Worth”…
We learned that when Dads are more involved their children get better grades, have fewer behavior problems in school, and are less likely to drop out of school than when Dads are not involved. This fact is true whether Dads live with their children or not.
This week (01/21/2016), we will discuss:
- Working with Mom and Co-Parenting
- Parenting Differences
- Walking a Mile in Her Shoes
- I’m Okay, She’s Okay
